In this episode, I’m sharing some tips and recommendations to help you incorporate rest into your life. Life becomes so much more enjoyable when you purposefully take time to slow down, and it is possible in just ten minutes a day. The other half is present-living, mindfulness, slowing down, and resting. I am a big fan of goal-setting, accomplishing, and achieving, but this is only half of it. If you don’t give yourself permission to slow down and enjoy life, your life will just pass you by, so this week, I’m showing you how to let go of the hurry and prioritize relaxation. I used to struggle with relaxing and the idea of doing nothing, but over recent years, I have learned that rest is not only important but vital.
